A day exploring the Selvapiana Farm, to discover its wines, its history or even just to tease your taste buds.
The Selvapiana farming company and winery in the hills of Chianti Rufina is located on the slopes of the last buttresses of the Apennines.

Programme
10:45 – 12:30 Guided tour of the farm, its vineyards (subject to weather), the wine cellars, the historic cellar
12:30 – 14:30 Lunch with a 3-course menu paired with the 4 wines of Selvapiana Chianti Rufina : Pomino Villa di Petrognano – Chianti Rufina Riserva – Vigneto Bucerchiale and Fornace IGT

The menu
Appetizer: Tuscan Classics – black crostino, salami, bruschetta with new extra virgin olive oil
First course: Ribollita or pasta topped with wild boar / deer / vegetable sauce
Second course: Stewed wild boar or Roe deer or Peposo + various vegetables
Dessert: Pie or Cantucci

The fee includes:
 Guided tour of the vineyard, farm and winery as per programme
 3-course lunch with tasting of 4 different wines
